Hi, I’m Emma Laurion, founder of ripple nutrition and a passionate advocate for holistic wellness. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition (MScN) from Sonoran University of Health Sciences, where I cultivated an intuitive and naturopathic approach to health and healing.
My journey into nutrition began with a personal mission: to empower the ones I love to rely less on modern medical systems and more on their own inner knowing — starting with the foundation of nutrition. Over time, this passion expanded into my love for service and giving back to my community.
ripple nutrition is an extension of this vision: a space where we can not only nourish but also learn from one another. Grounded in nature’s cycles, I focus on seasonal, local, and cyclical foods and activities to create sustainable, lasting wellness. My goal is to inspire a ripple effect—helping individuals and communities thrive, one conscious choice at a time.
